2. Use of Information

Your information is used strictly to process your application, schedule assessment sessions, verify merit scholarship criteria, generate printable registration slips, and record examination marks. We never sell, rent, or lease personal student records to third parties.

3. Confidentiality of Student Records

Student grades, examination marks, internal staff review notes, and supporting documents are strictly protected through server-enforced role-based access controls. No student can access another student's records or unpublished evaluation data.

4. Public Result Protection

To protect student privacy and prevent enumeration or reference-guessing, our public result lookup requires multi-attribute verification (Application Reference Number plus registered Mobile Number).
